Ken Fehr has been an integral part of Spartan Light Metal Products since 1994. His tenure began in Engineering, where he held progressive roles including Product Engineer, Team Leader, Product Engineering Manager, and Site Engineering Manager .

In 2015, Ken transitioned into the role of Vice President of Operations for the Sparta, IL plant, where he has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies and driving strategic initiatives.

Before joining Spartan, Ken gained valuable experience at a family-owned manufacturing firm in St. Louis. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
