Norm joined the Spartan team in early 2021 with over four decades of experience in the die-casting industry. His career encompasses roles in sales, engineering, and manufacturing, providing him with extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the field.

Before joining Spartan, Norm gained foundational knowledge at an OEM and further developed his expertise at Tier 1 casting suppliers in the automotive industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from General Motors Institute and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.
